Eastbourne’s Congress Theatre is the hub of Comedy this season as some of the UK’s top comics head to the premier theatre, but if you want tickets you’d better be quick as tickets are selling fast! Sean Lock is first up on 16 September, followed by Romesh Ranganathan on 5 October, Josh Widdicombe on 11 October and Michael McIntyre on 13 October - who has already sold out!
There are limited tickets left for Sean Lock and some availability for Romesh Ranganathan so advance booking is strongly recommended.
Sean Lock returns to the Congress following his previous acclaimed performances. He is one of the UK’s most highly acclaimed and original comedians, his stand-up is the product of a hyperactive imagination combining hilariously surreal imagery and insightful observations on the human condition.
Romesh Ranganathan is coming to Eastbourne for the first time ever in this massive UK tour which explores the rationality of his worldview, Irrational. He will examine the issues close to his heart and explain why everyone else is wrong about them! Ages 14+
Josh Widdicombe is also coming to Eastbourne for the first time and the Congress Theatre is very much looking forward to welcoming this curly haired comic. You’ve seen him on many comic panel shows including Mock the Week, 8 Out of 10 Cats and of course on the brilliant Channel4 late night show The Last Leg, now it’s his turn to bring his own brand of comedy about petty gripes out on his own.
Michael McIntyre who returns to the 1600 seat Congress has already sold every last one of these tickets so the only chance of seeing him is to hope for returns at the box office, or hang around the stage door on the off chance of catching a glimpse!
To book tickets for Sean Lock (16 September, 8pm £24), Romesh Ranganathan (5 October, 8pm £19.50), or Josh Widdicombe (11 October, 8pm, £20) for returns to Michael McIntyre or for more information call the box office on 01323 412000 or online.
