A 10-year-old boy’s been left with a fractured rib and bruising to his face, legs and back, after being attacked by three older boys at Fort Fun in Eastbourne.
The child, from Seaford, was at the play park on Wednesday 24 August at around 5pm when the other boys, aged between 10-15, started picking on him. The older lads were asked to leave by staff, who were then verbally abused by the adults with them.
The older boys were all white, of tanned appearance, slim build, with two having shaven dark brown hair. The third had mousey shaven hair. All three spoke with Irish accents and are thought to be brothers. They left with two women, one believed to be their mother, in a silver people carrier-style car.
It is thought that the same boys were part of a group that had caused problems earlier in the day and police would like to speak to anyone who witnessed the incident or may have information about those involved. Officers would be particularly interested to see any photographs taken on the day that may have included the suspects.
