Non-urgent patient transport drivers are protesting in Eastbourne today (20 September).
Members of the GMB Union will be outside Eastbourne Park Primary Care Centre as they call for unpaid wages to be sorted out.
Around 20 staff, working for Docklands Medical Services, which seemingly ceased operations earlier this month, are still without their August salaries.
A further protest will be staged in Brighton this afternoon.
Drivers are picketing outside the surgeries of doctors who either chair or sit on any of the seven Sussex CCGs, in opposition to the decision to award the non-urgent patient transport service to Coperforma back in April.
