We're getting the unique opportunity to watch the stars during the daytime in Eastbourne.
Tomorrow (9 May) Mercury will pass across the disc of The Sun (12.12 - 7.42pm).
Eastbourne Astronomical Society will be running a viewing platform at the Redoubt Fortress to allow us to witness the spectacle.
They'll be on the Gun Platform with Hydrogen Alpha and White Light filters to watch what's going on as well as through projection between 12noon - 5pm.
They're reminding us to never look directly at The Sun without appropriate filters in place.
