Seaside Shop Robbed At Knifepoint

An Eastbourne shop assistant’s been held up by a masked man, brandishing a knife.

The robber demanded money from The Larder Store in Seaside, last Tuesday (3 May) at around 9.15pm.

He made off with around £150 in notes and made off towards Firle Road.

The shop assistant was shaken but unhurt.

The robber’s described as slim, 5’7’’-5’7’’, in his 20s and was wearing a woollen mask, a black hooded fleece jacket, black gloves and possibly jeans.
