With train drivers due to walk out on strike tomorrow (13 December), Southern say there will be no trains from Eastbourne.
The whole network is expected to be knocked out owing to the industrial action by both the Aslef and RMT Unions.
Drivers and guards are downing tools over the long-running dispute with the rail operator over the introduction of driver-only trains. The unions say this will be detrimental to passenger safety, something Southern firmly denies.
Three days of industrial action will likely see no trains running on Wednesday and Friday this week also.
