Burt Bacharach is unquestionably one of the most recognisable voices and composers of his generation, responsible for some of the best-loved songs ever. Now in this live show three West End vocalists and band pay homage to his incredible catalogue of hits with the acclaimed show Back to Bacharach at the Congress Theatre, tonight (15 December) 7.30pm.

This toe-tapping show celebrates the magical music of Burt Bacharach, one of the most accomplished popular composers of the 20th Century, who together with Hal David, penned some of the most memorable and iconic hits that stand the test of time.

In a memorable night audiences will enjoy stunning renditions of his favourite hits including; Alfie, What The World Needs Now, The Look Of Love, Close To You, I Say A Little Prayer, What's New Pussycat, Do You Know The Way To San Jose, Walk On By, Magic Moments, 24 Hrs From Tulsa, Anyone Who Had A Heart, I'll Never Fall In Love Again, Wishin' & Hopin', Always Something There To Remind Me, Raindrops Keep Falling On My Head and, believe it or not, many more!

Bacharach is a legend of popular music who has won 6 Grammy Awards and 3 Academy awards with over 70 top 40 hits in the USA and over 50 top 40 hits in the UK, which have been recorded by many successful artists throughout the years including; Elvis, Cilla, Dionne Warwick, Tom Jones, Aretha Franklin, Frank Sinatra, The Beatles and The Carpenters to name but a handful.

His importance in the annals of pop music cannot be denied and this wonderfully warm show promises to remind audiences just why he is such a loved figure in popular music.
