County Hall has been told to look again at the case of a disabled Eastbourne teenager.
Billy Forse, who's 16, needs specialist transport to get to and from college. However, under new rules East Sussex County Council don't have to supply transport for over 16s to get to school, unless they have exceptional circumstances.
County Hall, who have twice looked at Billy's case, say he doesn't qualify for help. But the Ombudsman disagrees and has told them to look one last time.
If the authority again finds against Billy, his mum, Leanna, may be forced to give up her job as a teacher and take him school herself.
Eastbourne Buzz has been catching up with Leanna and Billy as they wait for their case to go back to appeal:
