The clock is now ticking for a decision to be made about whether a disabled teenager from Hampden Park gets help to get to school.
So far, East Sussex County Council has said that Billy Forse doesn't qualify for state-funded transport to and from school, as he doesn't have 'exceptional circumstances.'
Billy is 16 and has a very rare disorder - being the only known person in the world. He relies on others to enable him to carry out every day tasks and has to be pushed around in a wheelchair to get around.
Next week, his mum, Leanna, will find out if a final appeal will rule in their favour. If it doesn't, the teacher will face handing in her notice, as she cannot afford the £500 taxi fares a month to get Billy to college.
