In just two-days' time, a final decision is due to be made as to whether a disabled boy from Eastbourne will get help to get to college.
16-year-old Billy Forse needs specialist transport to get to and from school, but East Sussex County Council say he doesn't qualify under exceptional circumstances.
The ombudsman has told them to look again. If the ruling goes against him again, his mum, Leanna, may be forced to quit her job as a teacher to take him to school herself, as she cannot afford the £500 a month.
