With just a day to go until a final decision is made as to whether or not a severely disabled Eastbourne teenager will get help to get to school, a final push is being made to get County Hall to hear his plea.
Billy Forse has a very rare chromosome disorder, so rare, he's the only known person with it in the world. He cannot get to school without specialist transport, but East Sussex County Council say he doesn't have exceptional circumstances to qualify for help, as he's over 16.
Without the support, his mum, Leanna, may have to quit her job as a teacher, to be his full time carer and take him to college herself.
