Eastbourne Borough have claimed maximum points in the National League South.
Hosting Truro City at Priory Lane, Christian Oxlade-Chamberlain had two good efforts within the opening two minutes, but was denied opening the scoring.
However, Bouwe Bosma’s header in the tenth minute did find the back of the net, which was followed by another header, this time from Elliott Romain in the 26th from a corner.
Oxlade-Chamberlain was again denied after being unable to defeat Truro’s keeper one-on-one.

Gavin McCallum made his return from injury, subbing on in place of Oxlade-Chamberlain in the second half. Borough had half chances as the clock ticked down, but couldn’t convert those chances. Whilst The Sports continued to dominate the second half, there were to be no further goals.
