A supermarket delivery van driver who crashed into a parked car in Wannock Avenue, Eastbourne, on Tuesday (24 May) has been charged with drink-driving.
Benjamin Cowley, from Brook Street, Polegate, is accused of driving while the proportion of alcohol in his breath was 50 microgrammes in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 mcgs.
The 41-year-old has been bailed to appear before Hastings Magistrates on Wednesday 8 June.
