Eastbourne Cats Protection is running a week of fundraising starting today (17 July).
The fun week and summer raffle, is being held at 118 Seaside until Saturday (22 July), with all the money raised going to the charity’s Eastbourne Adoption Centre, to help unwanted and abandoned cats to find new homes.
During the week, visitors to the store can enjoy live music, children's games, face painting, a tombola, karaoke and other attractions. The store is also running a summer raffle with prizes ranging from days out with the family to having your oven professionally cleaned. Eastbourne MP Stephen Lloyd will draw the winners at 4pm on Saturday.
Store Manager Gina Grinstead said, “The raffle is just part of several summer promotions that we aim to run in this year and promises to be a highlight of a really fun week - especially as it will raise some much-needed funds to help us care for unwanted cats.
“We would like to thank all the local companies and businesses who have donated such lovely prizes.”
