Eastbourne Kyokushinkai Karate Club's junior team were again successful at this year's South-East BKK Interclub Tournament held at Crawley.

Even though this was their first tournament for three of the five Eastbourne karate club competitors, all came home with medals and trophies for gaining podium places in their respective categories.

The tournament was hosted by Crawley Kyokushinkai Karate Club, and featured over 50 competitors from age 5 - 15.

The style of fighting was Clicker - a non-contact point-scoring fighting discipline, which is exclusive to Kyokushinkai Karate.

The Eastbourne team, coached by instructor Tony White, and their results were as follows:
