Save Polegate Library is calling on everyone to fill in the County Council’s consultation into the future of the site.
Polegate is one of seven libraries across East Sussex, which are earmarked for closure, as County Hall looks to save £653,000. A consultation is currently being run, with everyone, including children, welcome to fill out the form, which can be found in libraries, or online.
This morning (3 October), more than 50 parents, grandparents, carers and children turned up for a rhymetime session at the library, before Polegate School also made use of the site.
