A 7-goal thriller sees Eastbourne United sail through to the second round of the Sussex Senior Cup.
Away to Steyning Town last night (3 October), it was the hosts who got off to a flying start, taking the lead just a minute into the game.
But from then, it was all about United. Scott Taylor, Ashley Jarvis and Kane Penn all scored before the break, along with Callum Hart who put away a brace, giving United a 1-5 lead.
However, Eastbourne hadn’t finished, with Scott Taylor netting his second in the 84th, giving them a very convincing 1-6 victory.
