An East Sussex animal charity is nearly full to capacity.
The Wildlife Rescue and Ambulance Service say they only have 3 empty cages and a small amount of space in their orphan bird and mammal rooms at their casualty care centre.
They’re calling on the public to continue to support them with donations, so they can continue their work and their plans to expand the charity next year.
Meanwhile, WRAS are also appealing for pillow cases to be donated to them. These are used in swan rescues, as well as in rescues where it’s not possible to take a pet carrier, such as up a ladder or in tight spaces. They can also be used for bedding.
