Sunday 19th June 2016

eastbourne buzz news - Beach clean cow gap

Rope, wood, metal and more have all been cleaned off the beach at Cow Gap.

A team of willing volunteers took to the shoreline yesterday (18 June) to rid the rocks of rubbish, which had either been left behind by visitors, or washed ashore by the sea.

Army cadets helped to ferry the bags of waste away, ready to be disposed of by the Borough Council.
